ANCWin (“ANCWin,” “we,” “us”) provides a SAM.gov contract-monitoring and opportunity-scoring service for Alaska Native Corporations, 8(a) firms, and other federal contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email peter@ancwin.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, company name, and password (stored hashed).
Contracting profile: the NAICS codes, subsidiaries, set-aside types, and preferences you enter so we can match opportunities for you.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: log-in activity, pages viewed, and feature usage, including standard server logs (IP address, browser type).

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the service — monitor SAM.gov, score matches against your profile, and send your opportunity digests.
To process subscriptions and billing.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve and secure the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run ANCWin, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
Resend — delivery of digests and transactional email (resend.com).
SAM.gov (U.S. General Services Administration) — we query the official SAM.gov API on your behalf. The opportunity data we return is public federal procurement data.
Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics (policies.google.com/privacy).
Legal authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use a login token stored in your browser to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. We also load a first-party visitor-context script (geo/device/referrer) to tailor the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep (see Section 7).

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and a firewalled server environment. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material breaches as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — which we do not do. To exercise any of these rights, email peter@ancwin.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

8. Children

ANCWin is a business tool not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
